** Debit/Credit card payment will be available to pay via Managed Missions. There will be a small fee using a debit/credit card (please note that if you do not pay the fee, the fee will be taken out automatically from any money you are paying online), if using electronic check there is no fee.

Please note that you can pay the remaining balance, after deposit, in monthly installments or all at once. As long as ALL money is in by August 1, you are fine to pay monthly, all at once, a little here and there, etc.

Who will we be working with? Bonn Bible Seminary
What will we be doing? We will be doing ministry concerts, community building with local worship pastors, and collaboration with seminary students.
Travel: in and out of Frankfurt
Cost: All-inclusive cost for trip is $3160 (double room) or $3510 (single room). This cost includes airfare, room and board, meals while in Germany, ground transportation, required IMB insurance, ministry costs, polo shirt and required background check. Cost DOES NOT include passport, passport photos, meals to and from Germany, snacks, baggage fees, souvenirs.
Managed Missions:

All of our paperwork will be online through Managed Missions. You will be sent a link to a Germany application once your registration is received. It is important that you complete the application in a timely manner.

Everyone will need to fill out a Ministry Covenant and Release form and that will be sent to you at a later date.
Background checks:
-
Everyone over the age of 18 will be required to complete a background check. You will receive an email from Janis Hunley (or Clearstar) with a link to complete your background check online closer to trip time. Please complete this ASAP. If this is not completed, then you will not be able to participate in this trip.

What about the language barrier? German is the primary language. There will be translators.
Will I receive any training prior to going? Yes. Orientation will be on Friday, August 21 during TMC Retreat at Tulip Grove Baptist Church. See TMC Schedule for retreat details. Friday, August 21 will be rehearsal of music that will be sung in Germany.
What is the cancellation policy? Deposit is non-refundable and June 30 is the last date to cancel
