Monday, September 28

• Arrive in Frankfurt, Germany and travel to Bornheim (Home of BSB)

• Check into Hotel (Bonn)

• BSB Tour

• Rehearsal

• Fellowship Dinner

Tuesday, September 29

• Visit Eisenach

• Wartburg Castle (Martin Luther translated the New Testament to German; Johann Sebastian Bach's birthplace)

• Possible Concert

Wednesday, September 30

• Travel back from Eisenach

• Church Night/Church Plant (Break up into 3 or 4 groups to visit churches)

Thursday, October 1

• Tentative: Provide breakout session featuring the talents of TMC sharing with other worship leaders. This is still be fleshed out, as well as a concert for the evening

Friday, October 2

• Sing at the Cologne Cathedral (Largest Gothic Cathedral in the world)

• Afternoon lunch and shopping in Cologne

• Evening concert in Gummersbach and/or church plants

Saturday, October 3

• Featured guests at the BSB Graduation and conference

Sunday, October 4

• Singing in Gummersbach

• Ministry in church plants

Monday, October 5

• BSB Chapel

• Visit Dragons Rock on way back to Frankfurt

Tuesday, October 6

• Depart Frankfurt for home

** Debit/Credit card payment  will be available to pay via Managed Missions. There will be a small fee using a debit/credit card (please note that if you do not pay the fee, the fee will be taken out automatically from any money you are paying online), if using electronic check there is no fee.

 

Please note that you can pay the remaining balance, after deposit, in monthly installments or all at once. All money MUST be received by August 1.

F.A.Q’s

Who will we be working with? Bonn Bible Seminary

 

What will we be doing? We will be doing ministry concerts, community building with local worship pastors, and collaboration with seminary students.

 

Travel: in and out of Frankfurt

 

Cost: All-inclusive cost for trip is $3160 (double room) or $3510 (single room). This cost includes airfare, room and board, meals while in Germany, ground transportation, required IMB insurance, ministry costs, polo shirt and required background check. Cost DOES NOT include passport, passport photos, meals to and from Germany, snacks, baggage fees, souvenirs.

Managed Missions:

• All of our paperwork will be online through Managed Missions. You will be sent a link to a Germany application once your registration is received. It is important that you complete the application in a timely manner.

• Everyone will need to fill out a Ministry Covenant and Release form and that will be sent to you at a later date.

 

Background checks:

 

• Everyone over the age of 18 will be required to complete a background check. You will receive an email from Janis Hunley (or Clearstar) with a link to complete your background check online closer to trip time. Please complete this ASAP. If this is not completed, then you will not be able to participate in this trip.

What about the language barrier? German is the primary language. There will be translators.

 

Will I receive any training prior to going? Yes. Orientation will be on Thursday, August 20 during TMC Retreat at Linden Valley Baptist Conference Center on August 20-21

 

What is the cancellation policy? Deposit is non-refundable and June 30 is the last date to cancel
