PARKING
When you arrive Friday, you will park at Carson Spring's main lodge. (pictured right). To ensure we don't fill their main parking lot while traveling to North Carolina, we will move our cars to First Baptist, Dandridge, Saturday morning.
SHUTTLE
We will rehearse in Stokely Chapel which is an uphill walk from the main lodge. You have permission to drive your cars back and forth from the lodge, and Heather Beard will also run a "shuttle" in the TBMB Suburban to assist.

Cost
$350 - double occupancy/2 per room (preferred)
$550 - single occupancy/1 per room (limited availability)
*The prices above are ALL INCLUSIVE--all travel (via 56-passenger charter bus), lodging, and meals, from the time you arrive at Carson Springs on Friday, September 2, to the conclusion of the missions and ministry tour on Monday, September 5. (In other words, your only additional costs will be getting yourself to Carson Springs and any additional purchases you choose to make while traveling.)
**Due to a limited number rooms, it is our hope that most will choose "Double Occupancy." We will do our best, however, to honor any requests for single rooms.

(2) select a payment plan.
If you choose the payment plan, it will be as follows:
June 1 - $100 Deposit Due
July 1 - $100 Due
August 1 - Remaining Balance Due
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel before June 15 for a full refund. After June 15, lodging and transportation (and most meals) will already be contracted, so registrants will be responsible for 90% of tour costs.
